Grace,
Thank you so much for the comment and all the work you're doing for your fellow HSPs! I'm currently reading your e-book at the suggestion of Carrie McCarthy and I'm sure it will help me a great deal!! I'm a total emotional sponge and, as an extrovert, very bad about boundaries! Now that I know about the process of being an HSP, I'm withdrawing a bit while I learn how to deal, but I can't withdraw forever. I know your book will help me get back to the point where I feel comfortable with more situations. Just knowing about my sensitivity made me more sensitive and aware. Now, I have to learn how to make it work with me, not against me!

And thank you for the comment about the photo! A night where I felt so happy and beautiful! The filter I used gives it the right amount of drama as well. I was very pleased with it!

Much love!

I have health goals too, but they've been put on hold because of our move. I believe once my health gets more under control and I feel I can maintain rather than strive to get to the weight I want, other things will go smoother in my life as well.
A sewing project a week sounds like something I am hoping to do as well. I could definitely use the encouragement so let me know when you've officially started that and we can cheer each other on and make sure to posts tons of pics :).
I hope all is well and that I get more of a chance to hang around and visit at the PUG house (it's what my hubby calls your guys' place lol ). We're getting the Louisiana roomie so maybe we'll be trading off parties and get togethers between our two places :). I love being hostess :).

I decided to try going polyphasic about a month ago and still can't snap out of it! I found that I was a lot more productive and got a lot more done, but sometimes it's a little antisocial! I hope it suits you better than it suits me :D
